will the 5008 2020 model also automaticly start driving after it stopped in adaptive cruisecontrol function? because i have to manually drive it to 30km/h before i can ingage the adaptive cruisecontrol

i have the peugeot 508 2020 model, mine doenst have the Adaptive cruise control function nor radar. is it possible that i can install this feature ? i can see there is a place for radar and function button. Thank you
