I really love the score from The Golden Triangle. Those two episodes were among the most most viewed in my childhood.

I do think the VHS-tape was on the brink of breaking apart, but somehow it just kept playing🙂

I'm thankful for your excellent uploads that make me travel back in time.

The 80's is surely missed.

Lao Li from the Golden Triangle. I always wondered what happened before, I mean, when Lt. Castillo was in Asia and how they fought each other in those lands of vice and corruption. I don't know, I think this song inspired me to know more. Thanks for sharing, dear friend.

You see the world through a narrow moralistic perspective. That is why you will always be a local policeman". -- Lao Li to Castillo

Crockett: "What about General Lao Li?

Castillo: "I'll handle Lao Li myself.

Crockett: "Are we, uh, talkin....vigilante time here, Lieutenant?"

Tubbs: "You got a career, and a life here."

Castillo: "In the time I've spent here, I think you people know me better than that. I've got a thousand reasons to play O.K. corral with Lao Li, and Menton.

But I'm a policeman. I enforce the law. Equally applied...no special cases. Maybe it...sounds naieve...but it's all I've got. It's what I believe in.

And it's who I am."

Season 1, episode 15, Golden Triangle 2, Lt. Martin Castillo to the Vice unit at dinner.
