Just a heads up to people, never trust an Anbernic SD card. They are known to have buggy ROMs, and they eventually fail. Some people have had their SD cards fail within a week. Everyone in the emulation community suggests to buy your own SD (imo, Samsung or SanDisk are the way to go), and flash the OS of your choosing onto that and grab your own ROMs. Lots of guides out there on how to do that, thankfully.

It depends on my situation and the urgency of it. Sometimes I do it vertically and sometimes I do it horizontally.

Bought a horizontal, and the preload library was very small. Thank goodness I have a kinhank to copy from.

Great console, especially now with the newest firmware update. The stock os is just fine, and the ROMs work perfectly. Also, the newest firmware has N64 Roms pre-installed this time, and the emulator is set up optimized now. Anbernic is winning lately and this model is still my favorite.

99.7% of console gamers buy a second console because, well it's a console they fail way too often. I'll stick to my steam deck, I can mod it to be any emulator, and a PC if I need it to, it's also easy to repair, which you can't most of these.

QUESTION, can you overcharge the battery on this device? Is it safe to leave it charging overnight?

Mine arrived yesterday. I had a quick play on it before I went to work. Unfortunately, some of the games that it supposedly came with weren't on it, but it worked great. I put it on charge for a half hour & went for a shower, came back & it's not worked since. It's just a blank screen. £70 down the drain.
