I love the purring cat! Since I moved out of my parents house I rarely see my cats anymore and I miss them a lot..they used to sit on my lap and purr all the time while I was studying

I love the purring, but it also makes me sad...
I've always wanted a cat but only ever had dogs (which i also love), and then my mom got a kitty a couple months ago! My sister and I have gotten really attached to him, and he's warmed up to us a lot as well.
Thing is, she's giving him away this week because her allergies have become too severe, and I'll probably never see him again. I'll miss kissing his pink nose, singing "here comes the boy" everytime he comes around to rub against us and i'll definitely miss his constant, adorable purring.

anyway, I'm trying not to cry and am going to miss him dearly, so thank you for this equally soothing and saddening sound
