So at 50 a ticket that’s 950 k . Definitely expensive venue

That seems pretty cheap to me actually cuz if your say Billy Joel who knows he’ll sell out all you need to charge is $50 a head and your pulling in $950, 000 which should be enough to cover the show, you might not make much but you’d be able to get away with that I think. Seeing as how the ticket prices for certain areas can get into the thousands skyrocketing the net of a sold out show into the tens of millions I would’ve thought they’d want a lot more than $400, 000.
