I think you forgot to mention it authorizes the full amount on your CC at execution and PayPal refunds the 3 payments back in 2 days. You have to have the whole amt available

How is this not a line of credit? Do they pull your credit report and does this show up in your credit report?
Update: So basically if you use this, it does show up in your credit report. So if you apply for a mortgage lets say, bank will look at it and they will see all these pay in 4s. Bank will question. You can't afford a $150 purchase how can you make mortgage payments. No thank you PayPal.

So if I do a pay in 4 on a $600 purchase. That's 4 equal payments of $150 for a total of $600 correct? No sneaky high interest rates that tag on an additional $200 for a total of $800?

PAYPAL tells me that NOT all MERCHANTS accept ALL options within PAYPAL. So then, why would merchant place a PAYPAL BUTTON at checkout ? Also, PAYPAL does NOT guarantee MERCHANT will get paid !! LOL..NUTZ!
