Thirty one years living it up on tax payer money? That in itself is a huge injustice.

Evil is evil . Prays for the officers family . But taking this man life will not bring him back. I pray for peace of mind for the family

Looks healthy to be 81 and locked up all this time.

The family" is relieved" ?? Huh?? After 32 years of delays and appeals the family probably wants justice as we all do. This is just wrong for a convicted killer to lay up on taxpayers for over 30 years while lawyers and activist abuse the justice system with delays. Then they tell us how much cheaper a life sentence is because they've delayed and played the courts running the cost up . INSANE.

31years. They have got to be crazy. This system is totally whacked.

I remember this case. Glad there will finally be some justice for the family.

I feel for the daughter. She had grown up without ever knowing her father and had to wait all her life for justice.
Meanwhile the criminal lived off the people's taxes for 30 years.

I feel so bad for the daughter. To have to grow up without her dad. So sad.

If a person is convicted and given the death penalty, it should be done immediately, not let them sit in a Texas Hotel ath tax payers expense for years

The death penalty should be abolished… the average inmate sits 20-30 years on DR costing the tax payers millions and I believe after 30 years locked up in a 6/6 box is a pretty substantial penalty. I don’t believe the families get any sense of relief after 3O years putting someone to death who harmed their family.. I have a friend who’s daughter was murdered… the man got the death penalty and wasn’t executed for 26 years … she didn’t feel she had justice … in fact she said and I quote “ no one has the right to take anyones life and that includes a prison” … she would have been happier if he had just gotten life and never able to roam the streets again. Now before everyone yells at me, I’m quoting my friend . She has been on that end of the stick and in the end she forgave him way before he was executed. She would love her daughter back that’s not possible so for her own sake and her health, she called the governor to say she didn’t want him executed but the state did what they wanted in the end. RIP Tabatha.. gone but never forgotten. ♥️
Ps, I also agree we don’t have the right to kill anyone

Houston 👮 ambushed and slaughtered the innocent Tuttle family and was rewarded with retirement and benefits.

I think the family should be able to hold up signs and wear party hats to these events if they wish.
