A Summer's Day in Byron Bay! | VLOG

WELCOME TO BYRON DAY 2! WOW I can't express how much abundance and joy I felt during these two days. I honestly can't recommend a trip t Byron enough. I should probably go and plan my next one after uploading this.

On this day, Beth and I woke up bright and early at 5:30am to watch the sunrise at main beach. It was honestly such a great way to start our day. Although we were very tired, as soon as the sun hit my skin, I felt a wave of calmness and good energy flow through me. I definitely want to do this more often. We then headed to Bagus Cafe which was across the road from the beach for Iced Coffee! I love being surrounded by early risers and witnessing the opening of cafes - the set up of the tables and chairs and ripping open the first bag of fresh coffee beans.

Back at the hostel, Beth and I made Avocado toast in the communal kitchen area and I stayed there to play Scrabble with Lincoln! (who we met the night before) I swear we were creating words that no one has ever thought of HAHA

At around lunchtime, we drove up to the Byron Light House where we took photos and read the infographics about the history of the place. We then went to Folk for burritos and smoothies!! (YUM now I'm craving)

Before we rushed to our shuttle bus, we went for a quick swim at Wategos Beach, and on the way back home we saw a rainbow :)
