I think Israeli government should not negotiate with Gaza in order to secure hostages and citizens because Gaza' leader is demanding to release terrorist so there is no guarantee that these terrorist will not attack again.
And If Gaza' leader would demand for safety and security, complete end of this war then there should be 100 percent chance for negotiation. So I think Israeli government should increase strong security forces and and through strong technology like anti defence missile to neutralize any attacks from terrorist outfit and should make strong Intelligence gathering capacity so that war can be predict . Even though Israeli citizens are protesting their govt, yet the govt of Israel should not deal with gaze to release terrorist for the sake of maintaining its position and for save his govt, negotiation is only possible when leader of gaza ready for complete end of war, peace, care for its citizens
