Tubbo's evolution | DreamSMP Animation

I had this audio as an idea for a while and wondered which character to show progression for, and I chose Tubbo because I feel like his story is one of the ones that has changed the most.

also the audio is hilarious so i thought it would be funny to add the trauma Tubbos character goes through.

And I still don’t understand how c!Tubbo’s development goes almost unnoticed. People pity c!Tommy but forget c!Tubbo went through the same and some could debate that he went through worse since c!Tommy is getting closure while Tubbo’s husband just died

i believe that tubbo is underrated because of his past as being referred to as a sidekick, and more currently because Ranboo is his husband and is often referred to as such.
(for those of you that haven't seen recent lore please don't read the rest of this)
however, i do believe when Ranboo died, he was put a bit more in the spotlight. being "just" the husband of Ranboo, there wasn't really a whole lot of room for his lore to grow unless Ranboo was out of the picture. people seem to have forgotten that he went through so many traumatic things, yet still remains the same: just tubbo.

we all know what happened to aimsey on the bridge, and we all know that tubbo seemed to have changed.
it was my personal belief that when tubbo said "only one of us is leaving this bridge." he meant himself. he wanted it to be over with, and some part of me knows that aimsey realized that, which was why aimsey refused to fight him. unfortunately, that ended up in aimsey's own demise, and tubbo's character seemed disappointed for a bit afterwards (not the evil laugh part lol).
again with the whole side character/sidekick part of this: people didn't really pay attention to WHY tubbo killed aimsey, only the fact that aimsey was dead and that he killled her.

when tubbo's son was taken away from him, people looked at ranboo.
when tubbo's whole country was blown up by dream and technoblade, people looked at dream and technoblade, not the fact that it was his country that they blew up.
when tommy almost chose the discs over tubbo, people didn't see how willing tubbo was to let it happen.
when tubbo was killed along with tommy, everyone looked at how tommy's death affected his mental health and not how tubbo's death would do the same.
when ranboo was blown up in front of tubbo, people didn't see how much that would've hurt tubbo. they only saw that ranboo's second canon life was taken.

so when you tell me that tubbo is NOT underrated, please read this entire thing first.

your tubbo design has always interested me with the way that he starts off relatively human looking and slowly develops ram/sheep features over time.

a lot of people who watch the dream smp don't realise how much Tubbo has been through, forced to being a spy while
being a
literal child, being scarred by one of the members of the rebellion that he was spying for (techno)
forced to leading a country and being a president while being a literal child, dealing with the guilt of thinking
he caused tommy to commit suicide by exiling him, witnessing L'Manberg being destroyed again because of his own actions
(Hunting Technoblade despite him seeking a life of peace) and then there's dealing with losing Ranboo and michael
at the same time, having the place that he built with Ranboo for Michael ransacked and robbed, there's also dealing
with the trauma of seeing Ranboo's ghost, and don't even get me started on the drama with Quackity. Awsome animation btw,
keep up the good work!
