Every year, thousands of students graduate with dreams of building successful careers for themselves. But what qualities in candidates do employers value enough to want to hire them?

The CEO and Co-Founder of Univ.AI, Siddharth Das, gives a brief talk on "The Most Important Career Skill That One Can Have." Siddharth delves deeper into the types of employees that exist, classifying them into groups and presenting his insights on them. 'What are the qualities required to become a great leader?' ' What are some of the differences between employees of start-ups and those of relatively large organizations?

Siddharth co-founded Univ.AI after a decade-long career in India’s fast-growing fintech sector. Most recently, he served as CEO of Reliance Jio Money, the fintech arm of Jio. Earlier, he was COO of PayZippy, Flipkart’s first payments business, and COO of CRIF-HIghMark, India’s only and leading Credit Bureau focussed on credit for the underprivileged. Before moving to India, and into fintech, Siddharth spent a decade in San Francisco working first, as a product manager for tech companies, and later as an Analytics business leader for FICO, the company that invented credit scoring. He holds a graduate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and an undergraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee. Siddharth is a creator, whose interests range from architecture to audiophile sound. At the moment, he’s building a modernist house he designed, and alongside, working on finishing his third sound system.

On October 15, 2022, established industry leaders from various Data Science and Machine Learning domains gathered for the second edition of Experience.AI on a single platform. This was an event where industry professionals took over the spotlight to share their experiences, exciting developments in the field of Data Science and Machine Learning, and their personal journey to where they are in their careers.

The event was a collaboration between Univ.AI and India's AI and Programming clubs from the top Institutes of India like IITs and NITs under the banner of the Geoffrey Hinton League. It was held LIVE online to make it more accessible to future leaders in data science and artificial intelligence from prestigious institutions across the country. The goal is to create a community of students who will further move on to define technology leadership within India and leave a significant footprint worldwide.

The first edition of this conference was held offline during the pre- covid times with an amazing lineup of speakers from around the world.
