I use AT&T for my business telephones. When the cellular "outage" occurred, all of my new "smart phones" were down. Could not send any text, place or receive any calls. However, all of my older wireless phones (that are 8+ years old) worked fine. Could send text and place and receive calls. All of these devices are on the same account and plan - so to me, and in my opinion, it's kind of weird that only the newer "smart phones" were affected. Therefore, I hereby press the bullshit button that it wasn't a cyber-attack. If it was just a general "system upgrade" error, ALL devices on an account would have been affected!
