I Spent 100 Days In Astroneer... Here's What Happened!

We find ourselves in the vastness of space, exploring multiple planets with unique ecosystems, having the ability to shape the terrain around us and create bases. Joining me are my buddy's and editors, Pixel, Alphajor, and Space Goat!
With none of us having played the game before, we set out to complete the game in 100 days by traveling to the center of each planet to activate their cores, and unravel the purpose of the mysterious satellite. And of course, have plenty of laughs along the way!

At 45:05, that's the end of a railroad line. You can research the rails with bytes and at some point in your progression you will unlock a mission related to the trains. Hope that helped if you plan on returning to astroneer. Also, you can locate the mat by opening your compass and if you feed the pets seeds, they give temporary buffs which can be replenished by more seeds

You guys need to do 100 more days to progress more stuff. While I haven't finished the video, here are some pieces of info.
On Desolo, you can get a hoverboard for fast personal travel. You can reach the caves very fast.
On Calidor, it's an ideal planet to set up an explosive factory, as some items need to be blown up to get resources.
On Vesania, you can get the VTOL, which is a flying transport. It's not very large, but you can make a large hole and make your way up and down.
On Novus, you can find special roses for an endgame questline.
On Glacio, the wind is very frequent, so a wind based factory is ideal. You can also get a massive amount of bytes from items on this planet.
On Atrox, you need helium from the atmosphere to make large amounts of nanocarbon alloy, needed to make RTG's (infinite power), as well as portable oxygenators (just provide power for infinite oxygen).
And now for some tips and tricks:
-Machines can be set to constantly run, so you don't have to keep hitting accept.
-large drill heads can be equipped on your vehicle, allowing it to carve a path through anything.
-when given a paver, a large soil canister, and a drill, you can drill easily to the center of every planet.
-you can build a crane and attach it to your rover to mine away at stuff.
-the excavator is a large drill that can passively mine any resource node it's placed at. The higher the green bar, the better the placement.
-if you build a massive shredder, you can break down everything in the game for plenty of scraps.
-if something is too large to break down in a shredder, blow it up into smaller pieces.
-scrap can be used at the trade station for rarer resources. Additionally, near every planet core is an abundance of astronium, which can be traded for rarer resources. Exo chips are a rare resource used to trade for the most valuable items like the qt-rtgs.
-the two moons have all over their surface and the first cave layers a bunch of chess figurines.
-an auto arm can help with automation. It can grab a single resource nugget to move it somewhere behind it.
-you can build train stations and transport supplies in a fast manner. Just have a spot at each end you can use to call the train, and it will arrive, so you can load/unload
