Really like the tutorial! I can do a handstand against the wall and when I put my bum down on the wall and start to move my legs away from the wall to the freeze, I can feel a strain in my lower back and can barely lift my legs off the wall into the actual position. I also feel like my chest is too tight. Does anyone have any advice on how I can improve this?

Hi, I like your tutorials, but I have a horrible problem with my shoulders/nearly double jointed but it's a painful popout joint, not fully double jointed... when I do anything like this, and need to bail or fail between the move/pose and the end, not quite sure the safest/easiest ways to bail if I don't have the momentum to push off over my back onto my feet again? I guess my question is, on moves like this or anything else when the shoulder is in danger of over rotation if you fail, do you have any tips or ideas for good bailing strategy while practicing and learning? thank you.

I tried the pre exercise with your butt and feet against the wall I find that really hard, although I am able to hold a free handstand for at least a minute, I am not sure how to move forward with this gorgeous looking move!

It gets really hard when I try to bend my arms and lowering my legs towards my face - I need help xD
