SpaceNet Accelerates Geospatial Machine Learning using AWS

In 2018, researchers across 79 countries accessed 300 terabytes of satellite imagery managed by SpaceNet; the data is stored in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud. SpaceNet is a collaboration between CosmiQ Works, Maxar, Intel AI, Capella Space, Topcoder, and AWS. SpaceNet makes labeled geospatial datasets available globally to their research community on Amazon Simple Storage Service by participating in the AWS Public Dataset Program.
