Isn't it common sense that you undertone (make-up wise) the character played by Jhanvi, to match the women in that area? She looks sparklingly standing out from the rest of the women in that area. How can such a detail be missed? I really wonder do they leave their brains and chappals out of the studio they are working in. Jhanvi very much looks like a polished, educated girl who is just trying to mimic the dialect and behavioural nuances of the natives there, and not at all blends in to the nativity.

It isn't a curse. But it needs to be acknowledged that filmmakers down South, especially in Telugu, are stuck in another period, whereas Rajamouli Sir has evolved with time and also knows how to get his actors to service his stories and not the other way around

There is no curse. It's bad choices a Stars of stale products. We need to put the accountability on actors, directors rather than SSR. K Siva is one of the most outdated directors (he has passed his prime in Mirchi, Janatha Garage and Bharat Ane Nenu) and there is simply no justification for a 2-parter with a Baahubali hangover given the stale product of Acharya.

I don’t think it’s a Rajamouli curse or whatever for the actors. It is the actors’ issue with the script selection. They sometimes only focus on the story that they forget to notice how weak the screenplay is.
