You managed to pick up the best, most delicate and subtle and gentle scenes of them, longing for eachother. The scenes where Spock stares at Jim longer than he should, studying him with his eyes, trying to wrap his logical mind around the illogical being which is Jim. And the silent admiration, god, Zachary played that one so good.
And then on the other side, Kirk searching with his gaze for Spock, everytime he feels insecure about the situation, his first instinct is to find that strong, perfectly neat officer posture, to find comfort in the soltitude of his knowledge.
God, I wish Abrams didn't ruined it with that fake, roughly pushed through UhuraSpock ship, making Spock out of character and Uhura unbearable, egoistic, misunderstanding piece of garbage. Aaagrh!

Spock never seen eyes that are so blue, that could beat the ocean and the sky. Yet, full of life and fire. Where ever Kirk go Spock will be at his side. Because there's no one like Kirk out there, who could be a better friend for him.

I had watched it once, and now came to watch it again. I mean it is so beautiful it hurts a little. music, scenes with them both and montage are put together like the most needed parts of the whole idea. I'm in love

I don't know how you did it, but each of these scenes that I've seen so many times, I found something new to see. They feel so rich and slow, like molasses, which fits the song so well. I don't think I've seen a fanvid utilize longer clips in this way, and it is so engaging and enthralling! You just really really got it so right!
The lines of dialogue you picked out, the looks from one to the other, the missed glances, the caught eyes. Wowowowow.
Also I did stop breathing the moment I saw Spock in the engine room near the end and didn't realize until I inhaled when Kirk did in the hospital. Holy shit you made something incredible.

The subtle emotions Kirk and Spock communicate through their eyes is so beautiful to me. Trust, fear, acceptance, frustration, apology, confusion, desire, resentment, hesitancy, reliance... Love. The final scene in the edit with Spock crying in front of a dying Kirk, it made me cry each time I watched it. I loved how you overlayed Kirk telling Spock he's scared with the lyrics of the song. There's something so moving about seeing Spock break down and cry for the loss of his t'hy'la... These two have triumphed over time and space to return to each other. What other songs would make good edits for them?

Wonderful video! Watching this video is far more satisfying, then watching the movies: Uhura/Spock line spoils everything. It just feels so wrong, fake and unnatural: so out of place. It should not be there. It simply does not work.
