Like Phil says, you should remember to address big leaks that you have already identified (like not bluffing enough) but generally a properly executed short stack strategy will have an advantage playing low stakes PLO on a table full of larger stacks. Pot limit Omaha strategy can be complicated at 100 big blinds deep, but when you get one or two short stacks on the table the strategy becomes even more complicated!
