So Master Wolf I am a student of yours thru YouTube and I’ve done something I’d like to share with you. I accidentally on Sunday while cooking grabbed a 550 degree Fahrenheit handle of a pan that fell off the stove. I immediately put some aloe on my hand and laid down and meditated focusing all my energy and thought to my hand. After about 45 minutes I got up and washed my hands with cold water and soap and there was and still is no sign of burn or blistering on my hand.
