Generally sodium lauryl sulfates is the most common but not the only allergen to avoid in shampoos and other personal hygiene products likewise. I also breakout in a rash from it and it's quite awful so I just use hypoallergenic soap but I really need to try to find something that is hypo-allergenic yet still smells good too sooner than later. 😔

I am allergic to a certain compound in a medicine I used to take and it caused insane blemishes on my skin which remained for like 3 years.
