Google to delete inactive Gmail accounts: How to protect yours

Starting Dec. 1, unused Gmail accounts could be deleted by Google, with the tech giant saying accounts that have been inactive for two years or more are more likely to be vulnerable to being compromised. It seems fair. If not, then in 50 years' time, it would be a nightmare trying to come up with an email address that isn't taken.

I have a pretty uncommon name, but even my desired email address was taken when I set up my Gmail account. It must be terrible for people called John Smith, Luis Rodriguez, etc.

Lol, but if you check your account, then they told you, that you are not the owner and close that, this is a trap, like the meme of Star Wars. I suggest never link a google account to all your media. That's a mistake.

I guess Jawed has to sign in once every 2 years or his youtube channel is gone forever😂😂😂(the first youtube channel). Unless google makes a exception.
