Imagine: You’re 19 years old, you get thrown into the biggest, craziest travelling circus in the world. You become an instant celebrity (yes, you were succesful in F2 but F1 is a different beast altogether in terms of fame and fandom) and the pressure is on every race weekend. Everyone wants something from you: an interview, a selfie, a chat, an autograph. It’s gotta be all too easy to lose yourself in a situation like that. But he remains professional, calm, courteous, considerate, funny, friendly and focussed. And he delivers, for his team! Major kudos to Lando. And his parents! He must have been brought up well.
