Thank you so much for sharing the workshop on Youtube. This is a blessing. Luke might be one of my first influence starting drums and has remained my favorite since. What's crazy to me is how influential this guy is on my playing and we're roughly the same age. I've followed his YouTube channel since that skrillex video dropped. I even watch his drum techs channel now. Luke has already achieved his GOAT badge in my opinion. In 50 years, people will talk about him the way they talk about Bonham and Peart now.

Jason is an amazing player. After watching an hour of Jason play and speak my take away is this: That REMO sound dampening ring in the floor tom is the bees wax! I've seen cotton balls, small pieces of fabric and even a moon gel stuck close to the rim inside...but that REMO ring in there is genius! Thank you Jason! Thank you GC!

I now know why Matt Horn said in one of his Drum Tech POV vids why Luke prefers his snare tight sounding, its the fact that he played snares in a drumline.
