i have to add a couple of comments here, 1 it takes way too long for activation here in the uk you can get approval normally in 28 days or less, 2 you missed a trick not putting solar panels on the back side facing west as far as i can see you have no shading on the front east side, had you fitted on the back west side and installed optimisers too that would have cancelled out most of the shading issues(that what optimisers are designed for) plus a east/west install you could have doubled the generation giving you a faster ROI, and yes i have solar here in the uk since 2013
