This is a great assistance exercise, because it allows you to train the entire posterior chain effectively without fatiguing the CNS too much.

Focus on keeping the hips neutral on the accent and add weight ONLY when you can perform sets of 10 comfortably. Adding a bar behind the head makes this exponentially harder, since the upper body can provide less help!
