It looks like that was intended in the original skin but they fell short. They more like "Tactical" or "Range" cloves you may find in stores. The CS2 change is good to me

That's because of the lighting. The way source 2 handles colors and textures are much different than source

CS2 really screwed up the coloring. Most black parts of skins are more faded to a grey now. Now I have to use reshade to fix it 😂

like it has been said before skins and in particular gloves are broken and are getting updated each time. just look at low float gloves its hella obvi it isn't done yet

Keep in mind all items in cs2 show as floats so they will have plenty more scratches when the game drops

I think what everyone needs to realize about valve changing skins in that we haven’t seen them before they were changed in the source 2 engine, they could be absolutely atrocious and we don’t know

its cuz they decreased the contrast of all csgo skins which make colours pop out more

With the taunts the fingers will pop more. These gloves are going to be awesome for this. They look 100x better in cs2. Going to buy some.

I dont think theyre altering, i think its just better defined so you didnt see that detail until now

Forest DDPAT gloves changed from yellow accents to light green accents.
Also the shade of green on the pattern is different.

i hate what they did to "night" skins they made them straight up blue from black
