For those wondering about location, this was filmed at the Rhigos mountain, literally where the South Wales Valleys meets the bottom of the Brecon Beacons. It’s one hell of a road (despite the potholes and surprise bumps) and that is a hell of a car. Congratulations! I'm in a similar situation. Just turned 40 earlier this year, and managed to buy my dream car with a 991.1 C2 a few months ago. Put quite a few miles on it already over several road trips. Plan to keep it forever, drive the hell out of it, and maintain it well.

I had a 993 Carrera 2 in 1995 when living in Germany. What a car! I had a commute that had a short stretch of unrestricted Autobahn on the way home. Changing down from 6th to third and running it from 60mph to 150mph was a daily occurrence. That chainsaw howl from the aircooled engine was intoxicating. Trying to drive it on summer tyres in the snow was quite amusing too - more time looking out the side windows than the windscreen...
