Nah. They'd just replace you with cleaner coders who enable large scaling as the app grows. Or ppl would ask you to make it into library so it can be used easier.
They will see if other ppl continue your code and having problems compared to those ppl continuing others code which ones are more sustainable.

And don't you dare to get sick or have day off with hard to understand code. you'd welcome work with 0 day off cos nobody would be able to be appointed as your back up.
