Health Information Technology With Terri Floyd, MS

In this episode of Public Health Perspectives, Terri Floyd, MS, a business analyst with Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield, shares her career path in health information technology.

Floyd, a Little Rock native, holds a BA in psychology from Philander Smith College and an MS in health sciences with an emphasis in health education and health promotion, as well as a post-graduate certificate in gerontology, from the University of Arkansas Little Rock.

She has extensive experience in education, mental health, public health, and research and has worked as an intervention specialist/mental health paraprofessional, autism behavior line therapist, program assistant, and research assistant.
