Great video! You stated that you are to not go over 8k on the prehab, but that last house? Railing, $3500 on carpet, paint, couple hundred for the 2 windows in the basement, added a bathroom & converted one room into two bedrooms--that really only came to 8K???? It just seems like you added so much more value than what an 8k investment can provide.

i thought prehab was for wholesale deals, because some of the houses need full rehabs, like holes in the walls, ceilings.

I'm looking at the price history on john bought this from hud in 2013 and then again 2014? And now its for sale for again with another brokerage? Can you explain what happened here?
