You guys probably think i'm crazy but i'm not and here is why... As an entrepreneur it's easy to take on every single role of your business. The end result is doing a little bit of a whole lot of things.

While it's good to know everything but it takes a lot of time and its almost impossible to be the best at every thing. Eventually you are going to run out of time and energy and get depressed because you feel like you're not making any progress.

The key to overcoming this is to pick just a few things and dominate them. Document everything along the way that way you can put together a system and process that someone else can follow and do for you. Then FIRE YOURSELF from that task so you can focus on something more important.

Remember focus = POWER and progress= HAPPINESS

Being a doer is the first step but being a doer that does the right things and is smart in making their decisions will ultimately lead you to success

Get focused and make time management a major priority.
