Programming in Haskell -- more work on accounts

Now that my tests are all lovely and tidy up after themselves I want to go back to adding more information to accounts, and more endpoints to fetch information about them. I'll also take a first look at stopping people withdrawing money if it would lead to the account being overdrawn.
