The back lighting from the monitor really brings that wallpaper to life.

You can also use command strips for the back which is ten times easier. Just stick the command strip in the center of each one. These panels are only about 4 oz each.

Always tiling from the center because you should never trust the level of the walls, ceiling, and floor.

If you start from a corner to avoid the cutes, then you have to follow the wall or the ceiling, which are not always level and straight, so at the end you'll have not level/straight tiles and you'll save 1/4 of the cuts.

Starting at center makes sure it’s level, walls are never square. I saw some people do the corner start and by the end there would be a gap. Im installing these my own tomorrow, seems easy enough but I’m worried about cutting them and not having them chip. Looks great on your wall good job

Looks great. As for the sound question. They will effect the sound waves, but not via absorption (that requires mass to convert sound waves to heat energy). These panels will diffuse the sound by bouncing it randomly instead of in a straight line. In that regards, they 'might' make a small difference in reducing the sound levels at the point of the listener (less energy directed towards the ears). But those sound waves are still bouncing around the room.

your set up is goals man. My pc build is on par to yours in specs haha, doing a similar feel with the wall and floating 32 inch 144hz display will send a pic to you once done in a week!
