I just realized I had never saved my hitfilm projects to my SSD, but always to my other hard-drive. Thanks for the tip!

I've no problem running Hit Film Express with a Pentium G4560, 8Gb Ram and an SSD.
Obviously better hardware would give be faster exports but scrubbing and playback is smooth.

hitfilm i use a laptop i plan on buying the razer blade pro they said it is very good for editing but i am waiting for the newest because the older pc has a skylake

I roll with eight cores (I7), and recently upgraded to the Nvidia GT740. My bottleneck, as you mentioned at the beginning, is the hard drive. My editing goes well enough with my current specs though. If I can grow an army of actors, then I'll go for a solid state. Excellent video as always, Sir!
