The Perfect Patient Rooms: Did You Know?

Hospitals can generate lots of action and noise, but they're also a place for resting and healing.

Did you know that improved sleep was at the forefront when we designed the Pavilion? You may be surprised at some of the ways we've made our new hospital a truly restorative space.

All patient floors were designed to separate the hustle and bustle of hospital life from the patient experience. In the center of the building away from patient activity is our off-stage area. This is where phone calls, parting of linens, internal discussions, anything that generates extra noise will happen.

The perimeter of the building is where all patient rooms are located leaving a hallway dedicated to onstage activity, meaning anything involving direct patient care.

Our newly designed rooms make it so medicine can be refilled, linens can be taken out and vitals can be read all from the hallway without even opening the door to the patient's room.

All of these designs integrated together are what truly helped create a quiet, peaceful space for patients to get the healthcare and rest they need.
