I am the shame skin tone and undertone like you, medium neutral. Most of the foundation shades you use are the same I do too. I love the original pillow talk lipstick, I like the nude look. But in autumn/winter I do switch to the Pillow Talk medium shade, it is a gorgeous colour. Another gorgeous lipstick for this season is the Chanel Rouge Allure in shade 199 Inattendu. It is a plum/brown shade, not too dark, perfect for those autumn vibes.
