I love watching anything Rajiv!!! I think he should have his own show. His sense of artistry shows thru everything he does. I love his observation, historical views as well as his appreciation of everything! I would watch any and every episode of anything he does. Cooking, art, travel, everything! I really enjoyed this video. The subject was so interesting; I was disappointed that it was only 11:44 minutes long. A longer, more detailed and in depth video would have been wonderful. Kevin was a delight. He was so knowledgeable and more importantly he seems to do his job with joyful enthusiasm. Great post Rajiv!

While Kevin has such a soothing demeanor, you can tell how much he loves his profession (I’m sticking by calling his work his profession lol) because of just how much he knows and how much he loves to share his knowledge of working in the orchard. What a true blessing it is to have to love and enjoy what you do, on top of that, there is something satisfying and a boost in pride knowing you are a part of feeding the population.

I used to live on an old farm in Maine in a former windmill keepers cottage with no electricity. Over my outhouse was an apple tree with about 6 different varieties of apples! My favorite was the “Seek no further” variety. The old guys down the road used to leave me a big bag on my front steps because they knew I would deliver them a homemade apple pie the next day!
