Figure-rise Standard Perfect Cell Kit Review

The Good: Great proportions, design on skin texture/color, effect parts. Articulation is great too.
The Bad: lack of variety of hands. Otherwise, none really.

I saw this at NYCC and really dug. The colors just pop. I've never been into DBZ, but can appreciate cool styled figures.
