Haha. My mom has the same problem with the lemon balm trying to takeover the garden. She makes syrup out of it. She adds water, sugar, citric acid and some lemon slices and lets it rest for about two days afaik. It's not possible to store it forever but at least for some weeks, so the syrup is also good for gifting/ bringing to a barbecues etc. Just in case someone needs further inspiration 😉

You could always gift or sell the extra tea ☺️
Personally, I only have a small garden and really don't want mint everywhere so I grow it in 4" pots in parshade so that it grows more slowly :)

That is a great idea. I have a Lemon Balm bush trying to take over my driveway. I always feel so bad just ripping it out and throwing it on the compost. From now on it will delight our noses from the guest bath 😊
Thank you for all the amazing content I really enjoy every reel you post 😊

Never thought of that, we have a large garden with everything growing in it and we have about 30 mint plants roughly 4 times the size of that bunch there and we just don’t know what to you them for. Thanks for the idea, I’m thinking of making some sort of a device with a fan to spread the smell and have it look nice too. Thanks for the idea.

I love lemon balm but in my garden it's too hot and it never takes here. i love this idea though, it's genius x
