Directions for use:

1. Remove the foil on both sides of the cushion before using. To easily remove the foil, bend cushions slightly.
2. Apply the cushion to the lower denture and press firmly in place. Gently smooth out any air bubbles.
3. If necessary, trim the cushion with scissors to fit the denture. 4. Insert denture into mouth and bite firmly. For best results, wait 15 minutes before eating or drinking.

Pologrip power max 12 hr hold and seal is the absolute best. Just have to wait 30 minutes before you can eat 😊

The new version with the black and white sticky strips do not work as well as those with the blue and white strips (as shown in video). Also, adding the word "Water Proof" to the existing pack is Stupid as they live in your mouth, so would have to have been waterproof in the first place. This is just a cover up for providing a cheaper version, lower quality denture cushion. Get your act together Fitty Dent!
