You know I don’t understand why Naruto would have to take exams again to be a Chuunin with his combat skills and the fact that me mastered both the Rasengan and the Shadow Clone jutsu at such an early age I’d say he’s earned it. Sure he might not be responsible enough yet to lead a team but he could learn from others while holding the rank.
