I love Lawliet and I hate Light and Near. Why? maybe cuz' it didn't make sense you know.... Lawliet (L) had proof, it was not just an assumption he spent years on it. It was just that that proof wasn't enough (+ soichiro yagami wouldn't allow anyone to suspect his son) while Near hadn't even seen anything properly yet (some people were saying that he read Lawliet's research but that's impossible cuz' watari deleted the whole data) It just seemed off... maybe a little more screen time would have made his everyone's favorite
