Just figured out that you don't necessarily need a Uchigatana. It works great even by equpping the wheatered straight sword. Just remember to NOT LOCK the enemy and don't get hit during the process. So basically, do the sword weapon art (L2+R1)keep still and switch to the Serpent Hunter. Jump backwards a few times and then start Rolling forward. As soon as your stamina ends, spam Square to launch the knives (Press 3/4 times on your last roll)and then keep L2 pressed. And now you have an Elden Gatling Gun. Great video!! Glitch Is Amazing 🤟

This vid didn't work for me at all, despite trying it.

However I've FINNALLY A BUILD THAT WORKED!!! (June 2023)

After trying so many different youtube "Cheese" guides, changing my build 10 times, full upgrading normal weps and sombre weps and all of them badly failing, I finally found one that works!!! 🏆🥳

I'm level 215 with stats set to..

• Vigor: 55
• Mind: 40
• Endurance: 50
• Strength: 37
• Dexterity: 82
• Intelligence: 18
• Faith: 38
• Arcane: 17

Attack power on my sword went up over 1, 100 once spells below cast.

You could prob drop some faith for Strength, so long as you can cast the spells below.

My build was exactly as follows in order to beat Elden Beast..

Weapons
• Godslayers Greatsword +10
• Dragon Communion Seal +10 (Flame grant me strength, Golden Vow)

Armour
• Okina Mask
• Tree Sentinal Armor, Gauntlets, and Greaves (for high holy negation)

Talismans
• Peardrake Talisman +2 (Swap after mimic call for • Fire Scorpion Charm)
• Shabrini's Woe (Swap after mimic call for • Shard of Alexander)
• Haligdrake Talisman+2
• Dragon rest Greatshield Talisman

Flask Split +11
• Crimson x10
• Cerulean x4

Wonderous flask (saved for Elden beast)
• Flame Shrouding cracked tear
• Opaline Bubbletear

Just before entering the first stage of fight pop the following items/spells..
• Flame grant me strength
• Golden Vow
• Boiled Crab
• Holyproof dried Liver
• Rune Arc (Godrick Great Rune)

Do Mimic straight away and run until your mimic is destracting to the boss. Swap out Shabrini's Woe asap and the Pealdrake tailsman.

You should be able to bash him from behind with Godslayers great sword weapon art from as he'll be agro on your mimic due to Shabrini's Woe. Once dead quickly cast Flame grant me strength and Golden Vow before the cut scene for the Elden Beast battle.

When Elden beast fight starts run straight forward to get behind it and weapon art it as the Elden beast will be attacking mimic.

Every chance you get run to the side away from your mimic and get round behind Elden beast or to the side and weapon art it.

If your help drops below half, heal.

It took me three attempts, compared to about 50 failed attempts across other builds 😫

I know I went through so many guides so I really hope this helps someoneone out there get their platinum 😃

This is actually pretty easy to do. Managed to get it on my 2nd attempt . I didn't spam the X button though. Only pressed it once and it worked

Every time I get to the part where you’re supposed to press forward and spam your throwing button, he just throws a dagger. I never see the sparking animation.

I had a worse time trying to do this than doing the final fight. I think after a few hours of trying I started to get it to trigger once. It's unclear whether you're supposed to hit square before or after your stamina hits zero. Anyway, Bleed build ftw. I'm now the eternal consort to a Blue Witchy thing.
