The power of kind strangers helping one another #shorts

Hello! I narrate stories that I find around to share with you guys in the hopes that I can make you smile or entertain you even for a shorts time.

The Story: When this cyclist found this poor man in distress talking to a man in a truck, he pulled over to talk with him and told him he had forgotten his bag on a bus. The cyclist wanting to help offered a helping hand and began pedaling furiously, speeding past the cars, determined to catch up with the bus. He races and merges into traffic, dodging cars as he cruises, and begins to pedal intensely once he notices there's a bus up ahead. He reaches the bus at a light and tries to flag the driver, but as the light turns green, and the bus continues en route, leaving the cyclist behind. Luckily,the bus stops at a corner to pick up a passenger and comes to a full stop. The guy jumps on board the bus, lets him know the situation, and begins searching for the bag in every seat, but doesn't seem to see a bag anywhere. That's when another man pops in the bus and lets the driver know the man had actually forgotten his bike. The man in the truck had also followed to help and put the bike in the back of his truck to take it back to the man.

This was in Glendale, LA county. I was at that dealership when I saw what was happening. Both the pickup truck driver and cyclist were commendable. We need more people like them.

A 6-pack, or maybe, just heart-felt THANKS, and the THANKS of MANY who see this. We do what is RIGHT, not for rewards, but because it is RIGHT to do.

If we teach "righteousness" for rewards, that ISN'T righteousness.

My parents never allowed others to GIVE me/ my siblings anything for doing the right thing (such as turning in lost wallets/ purses, etc. - even when the grateful recipient wanted to give me/ us a reward), and I am glad. It helped to train my/ our heart/s, mind/s, and actions, for the RIGHT reasons.


THANK YOU to these men, for doing the RIGHT THING, for going beyond, for that man. May "God' remember your good. Such actions, make the world SO much better, so truly, well done! Cheers!

This says a great deal about the kindness of some people; but also the inattentive behavior of the bus driver, whom should have known that the passenger leaving the bus needed to get his bike off the rack-wake up public transportation employees!

Thank you both guys..no men ! That costs more than a heroic save we have in us usually, but to bother to get sweat and cycle after a bus to help a stranger, few would do. Thank you so much! God sees what isn't rewarded by men and the person was helped . Such moments makes people feel cared about and helper also feels useful. Valuable!
