I watched this video yesterday and did everything suggested but couldn't bend the spoon. So I set it aside and went back to facebook to read messages. One of my friends posted a request for some comfort. So I replied and I sent her some loving vibes. After I was done doing that, I spotted the spoon and had the impulse to try it again. It bent so easily!!!! Wow!!!!

I was taught this technique as a child and bent all different types of silverware into twists and loops I still have several pieces in a storage box :)

OMG!!! I had just sat down at the computer and your video popped up. I read that it was about Telekinesis. I said to myself I will take a chance and try this since I am very interested. I found a spoon that I could spare and it wasn't a thin one either. It was thick and very strong. I listen to the entire video and did everything that Sean said to do. To my amazement, the spoon bent. I felt exuberant. I am currently taking Reiki classes, and by participating with the video, I understand so much more.. It's such a real deal. We can apply our intentions with not just spoons but anything at all. It's up to us on how aware we become. From foil to even wind. It's all here. Sean you taught me so much over the years. I started a few years ago. I started with foil to a rocking and turning a feather to rippling water. Im now working with fire and smoke. Gosh I'm thinking wow as long as i have this intent and curiosity, i can apply this with anything at all. My goal is to move larger objects. Actually did. One night i had my window AC blowing into my room, against the door, keeping open. I was trying to sleep that night and i usually leave the kitchen light on at night. I wanted to shut the door so i can have a dark room to sleep but was too tired to get up to shut the door. I applied this intention and i shut it.. Im thinking, how did i do this if the wind was blowing against it?... Thank you my friend

I broke my spoon. I'm always stressing out and have anxiety and that meditation relaxed me but I do fight it because I'm not use to being that relaxed. I did however finally let go and stress is gone. Thank you.

I actually made mine bend. When it happened I felt really energized, charged, subtly excited, happy, surreal and in flow. I felt an energy in my gut/chest area and then I felt like a subtle urge like something told me, Go for it. Bend and twist. My dog actually came up and was looking at the bent spoon 🥄 and wondering what had happened. Thank you. This was amazing even by watching on video.

ARE YOU KIDDING. I was rolling my eyes at this because I thought PK meant you don't touch it. But when I tried to bend the spoon as hard as I could before watching this/doing the meditation I couldn't. After the meditation, it bent like butter wtf.

Mine became a vortex wrapped around the thick part of the base came here to learn mental techniques and ended up being able to melt metal ive been able to melt crystals into geometrics but metal is gonna be something wild
