The year was 1977 (7yrs old) and I snuck off to church with a childhood friend in Ft Jackson SC. I was a buck tooh skinny cotton white haired white boy wearing shorts cowboy boots and a vest with an old black outlaw cowboy hat...my mom looked all around for me and when she heard from a neighbor say she saw me get on the church bus she was so embarrassed when she got to the church and they said honey let that boy be..he got the Jesus in him....luv that old soul and gospel music still today and I'm 52 today

My son and I haven’t talked since November 2022. We had a terrible argument. I text him every week with a painful response every now and then from him. Today I texted him and he responded to leave him the hell alone. I told him that I will NEVER stop loving him and I will NEVER stop praying. I told him that I will honor his request and that he will always be my son and I will always be his mother 😢. I’m heartbroken BUT I’m NOT discouraged. In the name of Jesus we will be reconciled 😇

I remembered it like it was yesterday. Every Sunday l made pancakes and sausage. For my parents and we listened to Areatha Franklin's Amazing Grace and all kinds of gospel music.when the breakfast is ready.we sit in the livingroom in eat.and my mom had Jesus last dinner picture hanging up.on the wall.
