Cars are made to transport people, this car is useless, they want it to race, but with no pilot, there is no idol, and its kinda boring, its the same as RC car races, just a few people go there to enjoy it. $1M to produce it I find it a waste of money. They are really smart to build it, I recognize the achievement, but its done with no business mindset.

+Kyle Pasta When was the last time you checked annual death statistics due to car accidents? How much is a life worth to you? This technology will save hundreds of millions of lives . That's more good than any person like you could ever hope to accomplish in 10000 lifetimes. Better get an education before posting dumb comments. As for automation reducing the number of jobs, that's unavoidable. If you care that much get into politics and make sure that the extra revenue robots create gets taxed and distributed among the population as a universal basic income.
