2024 Dodge Charger Daytona's patents prove Hurricane & Hemi options

Dodge's patent's for their new EV F1 inspired suspension reveals 4 wheel steering, new launch mode, 1700 HP quad motor setup, and parts modularity.

Dodge's new patents reveal 3 different suspension designs coming to the next gen ICE, PHEV, and EV's coming in 2024. Next gen ICE & PHEV cars will get a similar suspension design to the current cars but updated to allow for AWD.

Step up to the next gen EV's, Stellantis has 3 different suspensions from cheap and basic to mild to very state of the art. We will see new features like GMC Hummer EV's crabwalk 4 wheel steering system, Tesla's Cheetah mode for 0-60 launches, and GM's Magnetic ride control that'll actively respond to road situations.

We'll see suspension setups using the same parts on front and the rear of future EV's that'll reduce supply chain issues but will this translate to the next gen EV's being cheaper? Or still priced high to increase Stellantis price margins?

I work in the car industry, I don't care what they do with suspension if I have to get in to a car and turn the steering wheel to see if if a car is on I don't want it. Other than hearing my hemi open up the only only thing is hearing that Hellcat whine. You can't make that I don't want

I can't get excited for no EV, 1700Hp sounds mental but when an EV pickup has 800hp, what's even the point of getting excited over horsepower anymore? The thing i like about Ice engines is that they come in different flavors, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 cylinders, all come with its own sound and character. Also i like how there's rivalry between engines, 4 vs 6, 4 vs 8, 6 vs 8. Or like how with these strict emissions regulations there are still cars with 700hp and you wonder how they did it, or how they got a 2.0l to make 400hp, or how the 5.4l V8 in the corvettes revs so high. Oh man, the future is dark if EVs are really the future. All they got to show off is crazy HP and lunch control.
