Hmm I like it but regarding the blur screen of death: it should keep the blurred version of the wallpaper in a buffer in the memory for it to work, because when a blue screen occurrs, the videocard might not be operational to generate a blur version of the wallpaper. This also means that a memory of the size of WIDTHxHEIGHTxBPP of your screen will always be used
