No other major mainstream chef today is more creative and talented at creating vegetarian inspired dishes that are easy, delicious and nutritious without being a snob. We Bangladeshis love this burger because it's so easy to make. It's a street food and we call it veg tikka burgers. At home, you basically just put a flat veg pakora between buns with chutney/achaar which most of us already have in our fridges. Loved seeing Jamie make it!
